Templates that send themselves

The messages you always forget to send, going out on their own

The appointment reminder, the Monday notice, the Friday promo. You set them up once and Wando sends them on the day and time you chose.

In plain words

Some messages always have to go out and depend on someone remembering: reminding a customer about their booking, notifying a group of customers every Monday, sending the Friday promo. In Wando you schedule them with a Meta-approved template, which is what lets you message someone even if they have not written in days, and they go out on their own.

How it works

  1. 1

    You pick the template

A Meta-approved template, with variables such as the customer’s name or the booking day.

  2. 2

    You pick who and when

A segment of your contacts or a linked spreadsheet, and the day and time to send. Once, or every week.

  3. 3

    Wando sends it

The send goes out on its own. If the person replies, the reply lands in your inbox like any other conversation.

What you get out of it

  • Reminders go out even if nobody on the team remembers.
  • Repeating notices (payments, news, promos) are set up once.
  • Every message carries that person’s name and details, with no copy and paste.
  • Replies come back to the inbox, where your team follows up.

Frequently asked questions

WhatsApp only allows free-form messages within 24 hours of the customer’s last message. To message someone first, or after that window, you need a Meta-approved template. It is a Meta rule, not a Wando one.
