Your contacts, synced with your spreadsheets

Your customer spreadsheet and your WhatsApp, finally talking to each other

If your base lives in Excel or Google Sheets, you do not have to load it again. Wando imports it once or keeps it in sync on its own.

In plain words

Almost every business keeps its customer base in a spreadsheet, and WhatsApp somewhere else. In Wando you upload that list once, or connect your Google Sheets and choose which column is the phone, which is the name and which are your own fields. From then on Wando reads it again every 30 minutes: whatever you change in the sheet shows up in the dashboard, in each customer’s profile and in campaigns.

How it works

  1. 1

You upload or connect your sheet

A CSV, a pasted list or your Google Sheets. A wizard walks you through a few steps.

  2. 2

You choose what each column is

Phone, name, email, list or custom fields. Wando fixes the format of Argentine phone numbers so they work on WhatsApp.

  3. 3

    It stays up to date

With Google Sheets connected, Wando reads the sheet again every 30 minutes. An empty cell never erases data you already had.

What you get out of it

  • You do not load your base twice or keep it in two places.
  • Every conversation shows the customer data you have in the sheet.
  • Your columns work as variables in templates and campaigns.
  • If someone disappears from the sheet, their conversation is not deleted.
