These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Wando platform. Please read them carefully before using the service.
1. Acceptance of the Terms
By creating a Wando account and using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of them, you may not use the service. These terms apply to all users, including individuals and legal entities.
2. Description of the Service
Wando is a SaaS platform for managing WhatsApp Business messages, using artificial intelligence to suggest replies. The service includes an administration panel, statistics, templates, campaigns, and team tools. Wando operates as a technology provider on top of Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform; the onboarding and quality rating of your WhatsApp number are also governed by Meta's policies. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features, and will notify you of significant changes at least 30 days in advance.
3. Registration and Account
To use Wando you must create an account with true and up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Free Trial
We offer a 14-day free trial period with no credit card required. The trial includes all features of the PRO plan. When the trial ends, your account is automatically paused if you do not choose a paid plan. We never charge you automatically without your explicit consent.
5. Plans, Pricing, and Payments
Subscription plans are monthly and are billed in advance in Argentine pesos (ARS) through MercadoPago. The current price of each plan is published at wando.online/pricing and may change with 30 days' prior notice. By subscribing to a paid plan you authorize automatic recurring monthly charges until you cancel your subscription (see Section 6). Certain AI features are subject to monthly quotas according to your plan; any excess may be purchased through prepaid credits. All payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or in the event of a verifiable failure of the service on our part. Invoicing and payment processing are handled through MercadoPago and are also subject to its own terms.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the administration panel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for. We do not charge cancellation penalties. Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation before being deleted.
7. Acceptable Use and Consent of Your Contacts
You may not use Wando to send spam, misleading messages, or illegal content, or for any activity that violates the WhatsApp Business and Meta policies. You are solely responsible for obtaining the consent (opt-in) of the people you message or include in campaigns, and for honoring their requests to unsubscribe (opt-out). Misuse may result in a lower quality rating or the blocking of your number by Meta, which is beyond our responsibility. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conditions, with or without prior notice depending on the severity.
8. Intellectual Property
All software, design, code, and content of Wando is the exclusive property of Wando and its licensors. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without express written authorization.
9. Limitation of Liability
Wando is provided "as is". We do not guarantee 100% availability, although we strive to maintain 99.5% uptime. We are not liable for any loss of business, data, or profits arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute shall be resolved by the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, with the parties waiving any other jurisdiction.
