Send email from your Gmail
Send the quote by email without leaving the chat
You connect your Gmail mailbox and the emails you write in Wando go out from your usual address.
In plain words
Sometimes WhatsApp is not enough: the customer asks for the quote as a PDF, the receipt or a long summary. If you connect your Gmail, you write the email from the same screen where you are talking to that person and it goes out from your usual address. The customer receives an email from you, not from an unknown system.
How it works
- 1
You connect your mailbox
From Settings, with the Google button. You grant Wando permission to send and that is it: no passwords to copy, no keys to paste.
- 2
You write the email from the chat
In the conversation you choose to send an email. You have the customer details and everything that was discussed at hand.
- 3
It goes out from your address
The customer receives it like any other email from you and replies to your usual mailbox.
What you get out of it
- The quote goes out right away, while the customer is still paying attention.
- The email comes from your own address, with your name and your domain.
- It is recorded next to the conversation, so you know what you sent to whom.
- No switching tabs and no copying details by hand.
Frequently asked questions
No. We request a single permission, gmail.send, which only allows sending. That permission does not let Google grant us read, import or storage access to your inbox.
