Book appointments in Google Calendar

The appointment books itself, in the calendar you already use

When a customer asks for an appointment over WhatsApp, Wando checks what you have free and creates the event in your Google Calendar.

In plain words

If you work with appointments or reservations, the WhatsApp conversation always ends the same way: "does Tuesday at three work for you?". With your calendar connected, Wando checks what you already have booked, offers the customer only the slots that are genuinely free and, when they pick one, creates the event in your Google Calendar. If the appointment is rescheduled or cancelled, the event updates.

How it works

  1. 1

    You connect your calendar

From Settings, with the Google button. We request the events permission only.

  2. 2

    It offers your free slots

Wando reads what you already have booked and shows the customer only real openings, so two appointments never overlap.

  3. 3

It creates and updates the event

The appointment sits in your calendar with the customer details. If it is rescheduled or cancelled, that shows up there.

What you get out of it

  • No more back and forth asking when you are available.
  • Two appointments never land on the same slot.
  • The appointment shows up in the calendar you already use, on desktop and on the phone.
  • You can send a reminder the day before with buttons to confirm, cancel or reschedule.

Frequently asked questions

We request calendar.events, the events permission, never full calendar access. Wando checks busy times to know what to offer and creates the appointments that get agreed; it does not export or store your calendar.
